Esport account problem

I have had a problem with my esport account, and now it saids i dont have enought rights. So I was on a trip and i play mad skill with my friends phone and put my account in his phone cause I didnt have my ipdad with me, and now the game saids that i dont have enough rights, i wonder what i could do to fix it?

Somebody can help me?
